Bulgarian properties - holiday letting and rental
Dear Owners,
Here you can showcase your apartment or villa for holiday letting and rental. You have two choices:
1. Pay €20 for one years advertising on our site. You are the named contact so we have no involvement in the booking process and therefore take no commission from any bookings.
2. Free advertising on our site for one year. We act as the named contact and deal with the booking process on your behalf, we take 10% commission on any bookings.
Either way this is a simple and cost effective way of promoting your property to as wide an audience as possible. You will need to provide us with photographs and information and we'll upload them for you, if you have your own website we'll also add in the link.
Dear Renters,
Properties on this site are available to rent either through the owner or via ourselves on the owners behalf. If we are not the named contact the owner contact details are included with each property listed. We hope you find the rental property you are looking for.

We encourage renters to confirm the information provided by property owners if they are the named contact.
